The July harvest is in full swing for week 29. Courgettes, tomatoes, broccoli, kohlrabi, peppers and cauliflower shape this seasonal plan of seven Thermomix® recipes.

The recipes are arranged across seven days and each links to the full method. The shopping list below combines the main quantities for four people.

Monday, 13 July: Thermomix® Zucchini Soup

Courgettes are plentiful now. This creamy soup is a light start to the week and needs very little preparation in the Thermomix®.

Tuesday, 14 July: Rigatoni al Forno

Tomatoes form the base of the sauce, while pasta and cheese make this a filling family dinner. The bake can be assembled in advance.

Wednesday, 15 July: Broccoli Salad

Fresh broccoli keeps a pleasant bite in this salad. Add bread or small roasted potatoes to turn it into a complete dinner.

Thursday, 16 July: Kohlrabi in Cream Sauce

Kohlrabi is especially mild in July. The creamy sauce works well with potatoes and makes the vegetable an easy family meal.

Friday, 17 July: Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Tomato Sauce

Peppers and tomatoes bring colour to the table. The rice and stuffed peppers cook in parallel for a complete dinner in one workflow.

Saturday, 18 July: Whole Cauliflower Gratin

A whole cauliflower is gently steamed and then baked until golden. Serve it with a green salad or fresh baguette.

Sunday, 19 July: Courgette Fritters

Sunday uses the courgette harvest for crisp fritters. Herb quark and a fresh tomato salad make ideal accompaniments.

What to put on this week's shopping list

These quantities are a starting point for four people. Check each recipe if you change the serving size.

  • Vegetables: 5 courgettes, 1 head of broccoli, 3 kohlrabi, 4 peppers, 1 cauliflower, 1.5 kg tomatoes, 1 kg potatoes, onions, garlic and herbs
  • Meat: 400 g mixed minced meat
  • Dairy: 2 balls of mozzarella, 500 g cheese, cream, soured cream and herb quark
  • Cupboard: 500 g rigatoni, 300 g rice, flour, eggs, vegetable stock and passata
