Meal Plan Week 28 (6 to 12 July 2026): Garden Cooking

Meal plan week 28 with seven seasonal Thermomix® recipes for 6 to 12 July 2026. Tomatoes, courgettes, broccoli and one shopping list.

Aktualisiert 10. July 2026

July brings one of the widest selections of locally grown produce. This week combines tomatoes, courgettes, broccoli, kohlrabi, cauliflower and potatoes in seven straightforward Thermomix® dinners.

Each day links to the complete recipe. If you want to cook the full week, use the combined shopping list for four people below.

Monday, 6 July: Spaghetti Tomato Mozzarella

Outdoor tomatoes are coming into season. Mozzarella and spaghetti turn them into a quick family dinner for the start of the week.

Tuesday, 7 July: Quick Broccoli and Ham Pasta

Broccoli is in season throughout July and works beautifully in a quick pasta sauce. Ham adds a savoury note without adding extra preparation.

Wednesday, 8 July: Kohlrabi Broccoli Soup with Avocado

Kohlrabi and broccoli are both freshly harvested now. Avocado gives the soup a creamy finish while the Thermomix® blends it until smooth.

Thursday, 9 July: Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza

Cauliflower replaces the usual pizza dough. It turns this July vegetable into a lighter dinner with crisp edges and a savoury topping.

Friday, 10 July: Courgette and Potato Gratin

Courgettes and new potatoes share one baking dish. The gratin can be prepared ahead, making Friday dinner pleasantly relaxed.

Saturday, 11 July: Potato Goulash

Potatoes, peppers and onions make a hearty meat-free goulash. Serve it with soured cream or a slice of fresh bread.

Sunday, 12 July: Thermomix® Ratatouille

Tomatoes, courgettes and peppers meet in the mixing bowl for the end of the week. Serve the ratatouille with rice, baguette or on its own.
