Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon untreated
  • 50 g ginger
  • 130 g water
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the lemon, grate the zest, squeeze the juice and add to the mixing bowl.

  • Peel and slice the ginger, add the water, sugar and cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes/100 °C/level 2.

  • Let the syrup infuse for 1 hour and pour through a sieve into a sterilized bottle. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Tip: You can add more lemon juice to make the syrup more lemony. You can even add honey. Vary according to your taste.
