- 1 lemon untreated
- 50 g ginger
- 130 g water
- 130 g sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon

Wash and dry the lemon, grate the zest, squeeze the juice and add to the mixing bowl.

Peel and slice the ginger, add the water, sugar and cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes/100 °C/level 2.

Kochen.
Let the syrup infuse for 1 hour and pour through a sieve into a sterilized bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
Tip: You can add more lemon juice to make the syrup more lemony. You can even add honey. Vary according to your taste.
