Are you looking for a refreshing drink? Then the delicious lemonade from the Thermomix® is just right for you!
Now add ice cubes and some mint, and you have the perfect refreshment for the summer. The only ingredients you need are lemons, sugar and water. It couldn’t be simpler! You can adjust the sugar content to your liking, if the lemonades from the supermarket are too sweet for you.
If normal lemonade is too boring for you, you can still refine it with mint, basil or other fresh herbs.

Lemonade from the Thermomix®
A refreshing homemade lemonade.
Ingredients
- 3 lemons untreated
- 90 g sugar
- 1000 g water cold
- 100 g ice cubes
- 3 stems mint to garnish
Instructions
- Wash the lemons, cut in half, add to the mixing bowl with the sugar and 500 g water and chop for 3 seconds/step 10.3 lemons, 90 g sugar, 1000 g water
- Add the remaining water. Strain lemonade through a sieve into a pitcher or bottle. Add ice cubes if desired and serve immediately.100 g ice cubes, 3 stems mint
Notes
Tip: Vary the amount of sugar to your taste.
You can also replace 500 g of water with sparkling water. However, add it in the second step.
