Enjoying a Thermomix® Eggnog with cinnamon is how you stay warm despite cold weather.
This recipe is very simple. Add 600g of sweet white wine and 30g of amaretto to 300g of eggnog. Top each cup with a pinch of cinnamon. Fresh whipped cream on top is also super good!

Thermomix® Eggnog with Cinnamon
- 300 grams egg liqueur homemade or purchased
- 600 grams sweet white wine
- 30 grams amaretto
- Add the egg liqueur, white wine and amaretto to the mixing bowl and heat for 6 minutes/70 °C/speed 3.300 grams egg liqueur, 600 grams sweet white wine, 30 grams amaretto
- Pour punch into cups and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.cinnamon
