Do you love the little creamy coconut flake covered balls as much as we do? Then you’ll love this recipe, too. 😍 Not only because 15 Raffaello® balls give your ice cream that extra fine coconut flavor, but also because you can enjoy it right away. By adding already frozen fruit to the mixing bowl, your ice cream is ready to serve in less than 10 minutes, and with a perfect consistency. No ice cream maker and no freezing time. That’s a big plus, isn’t it? 🍒🍓😁
On a coconut streak? Although not made with Raffaello® our Coconut Liqueur has Caribbean flair ☀️🌴🌊 and packs a lot of coconut flavor. And because the summer months are so lush with ice cream and strawberry daiquiri every year, we like to mix ourselves the Lentil-Coconut Soup recipe as a slimmer in the cold season. 🥣💃
That’s it for today from the coconut stand! But, we have to add just one more coconut recipe on the way: the Coconut Smoothie with Pineapple and Strawberries 😋🍹
